Kaduna Electric Trains Staff on Customer Relations to Build Trust and Strengthen Service Delivery As part of its continued commitment to improving customer engagement and service excellence, Kaduna Electric has organized a two-day intensive training on Customer Relations themed “Building Trust Through Exceptional Service and Communication.” The training, which took place on Wednesday, 12th and Thursday, 13th November 2025, at the company’s Head Office in Kaduna, brought together selected staff from different departments who play key roles in customer interaction and communication. The sessions were facilitated by communication experts Elizabeth Anche, Mr. Enoch Nalado and Mr. Issac Maude from the Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC).
