Kaduna Electric Women Celebrate International Women’s Day with Community Medical Outreach In line with this year’s International Women’s Day theme, ‘Give to Gain’, the women of Kaduna Electric organised a community medical outreach in Gonin Gora, Kaduna, to commemorate the occasion and promote health and wellbeing among residents. The outreach programme, part of Kaduna Electric’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, included health awareness talks as well as the distribution of essential medications and preventive materials, including mosquito nets, anti-malaria drugs, among others to over 300 residents.   Kaduna Electric Holds Strategic Consultative Meeting with In-House Labour Unions By Asma’u Gwamna The Management of Kaduna Electric on Monday, 2 February 2026, held a joint consultative meeting with leaders of its two in-house labour unions the Senior Staff Association of Electricity and Allied Companies (SSAEAC) and the National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE) at the Company’s Headquarters. The meeting, which marked the Company’s 4th consultative session with SSAEAC and 1st quarterly consultative session with NUEE, was convened to address critical employee concerns, strengthen labour–management relations, and explore practical strategies for improving workplace conditions, staff welfare, and job security across the organization. Kaduna Electric Prioritizes Employee Wellness Through Red Cross Safety Training By Asma’u Isyaku Gwamna Kaduna Electric organized a first aid and emergency preparedness safety training for its staff in collaboration with the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Kaduna Branch, as part of its commitment to workplace safety and employee wellbeing.     The training, which took place on Wednesday, 21st January 2026, at the company’s premises, was aimed at strengthening emergency response skills and improving personal preparedness among staff. The programme commenced with a welcome address by the Chief Regulatory Economist and Compliance Officer of Kaduna Electric, Dr. Abubakar Mamudu.
